Wonderland Homes it's about character...

Small team. Big expectations.

Even though our company has thrived since the 1960s, we've intentionally kept our team modest in size. That's because each of us—from CEO to cleanup crew—finds more satisfaction in making the best homes than the most homes. And personal attention and great teamwork make that possible. We look forward to working closely with you, but in the meantime here's a quick introduction to a few of our key players.

Cynthia Edwards, CEO
With a 30-plus year background that includes management, accounting, finance, estimating, purchasing and design, Cindi guides the company with a steady and experienced hand. Each day Cindi takes an active role in orchestrating the activities of management in building homes and neighborhoods that everyone can be proud of. Cindi joined Wonderland Homes in 1994 and has been CEO and President since 2004. When she is able to pull her nose out of the books that threaten to overwhelm her home and family, Cindi enjoys cooking, travel, remodeling and entertaining.

Steve Phua, President
After working for both semi-custom and large-scale homebuilders, Steve's search for a "builder of choice" led him to Wonderland Homes in 2004. His invaluable experiences have given him expertise in everything from early site development to green building practices and warranty work. Steve leads our initiative to complete 100% of our homes with the Energy Star label. A proud Stapleton resident himself, Steve enjoys league volleyball, Avalanche fandom, and time with his wife and young children.

John Picon, Chief Financial Officer
John has more than 25 years of senior executive level experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry. He has held senior positions with several large homebuilders and real estate developers, including John Laing Homes and Pulte Homes. He has served as a consultant to the homebuilding and real estate industry and is a licensed real estate broker. Over the last 20 years he has missed less than a handful of Broncos home games and is working hard to correct a bad golf swing.

Michael Hart, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Since he entered the new home industry in 1975, Mike has seen the business from many sides. While sales and marketing have been at the center of his career path, he also has experience in land sales to builders, custom design and pricing and has held senior positions with a number of builder and real estate firms. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mike brings to the Wonderland team strong organizational and analytical skills. He is also a member of a native Denver family, whose origins pre-date Colorado statehood.
