A home warranty means a lot at Wonderland Homes. For starters, we provide a full, two-year warranty*—twice as long as those typically offered by other builders. Between our robust home warranty and outstanding customer care professionals, Wonderland Homes guarantees you'll receive quality, integrity, commitment and care from everyone in our family of homebuilders—and prompt, courteous responses to your service calls. While we strive to build a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that sometimes mistakes may happen. When they do, we'll correct them per the written Limited Warranty Agreement that you receive at closing.
Limited Warranty and Homeowner Maintenance
A sample copy of the Limited Warranty Agreement is provided in the Homeowner Manual. While coverage is spelled out in the document, even more important is our company's well-earned reputation for standing behind our product.
Closing and Maintenance
Warranty service is not designed to handle cosmetic or maintenance items. All cosmetic items should be resolved prior to closing on the home. Maintenance items are the responsibility of the homeowner.

Our warranty department will be there to answer both emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive detailed information about how to handle both types of warranty service calls. Emergency contact information is also included in the Homeowner Manual.
